Stohlquist Melody

The Melody is a female specific, broad fit PFD. This is essentially a smaller, female cut version of the Onsa. It’s a simplistic, comfortable and adaptable PFD that fits a wide range of paddlers, making it the perfect choice for those who share their kit, or who want a spare PFD for visitors or family.

The Melody is particularly suited to warmer environments, with a high backed, half mesh back which keeps you cool and comfortable on the water. The neoprene band at the bottom of this mesh stops you having to over-tighten your backband, and keeps it comfortable if you’re paddling in a swimsuit.

The front panels are simple and comfortably cut, with supportive inner cups. With so many adjustment points, you can be sure the Melody will fit you snugly, and the cross-chest cinch straps will keep the PFD out of your way. On such an adjustable PFD, there’s the risk that the end of the straps can be quite long, and flap around. On the Melody, strap pockets are fitted so these can be tucked out of the way.
