According to Bending Branches, the Angler Classic is the best-selling kayak fishing paddle on the market. This staple of kayak angling has all the blade durability and ease of the Angler Scout, but with a flexible, lightweight fiberglass shaft.
While not quite as unbreakable as its aluminium counterpart, the fiberglass is still incredibly durable and is a much more comfortable option while paddling, especially if you’re planning on going some distance before you start fishing.
The blades are still the strong, but stiff epX engineered polymer, with fiberglass reinforcement, and are still a great balance of direct power and smooth transition strokes and recovery.
Along the fiberglass shaft is a 40 inch tape measure, complete with cm markings, to check how impressive your catch is, and there’s also a hook retrieval system on the left blade.
The snap-button design gives you options for your paddle, but also allows you to transport it in two pieces to make getting to the water that much easier.
